During the last week of the semester when Course / Instructor Evaluations take place, complete the course/instructor evaluation. This is an assignment and worth 20 points. If you fail to complete the course/instructor evaluation, you receive zero(0) out of 20 possible points.

The link to access it is emailed to you using your purdue email address. Check your purdue email and follow the link.

The following link should work, but if not, Google for 'Purdue Course Evaluations' and you should find it (if you are unable to locate it in your email as stated above): http://www.purdue.edu/eval

Print & Turn in
Go to the Completed Surveys page and print that page - it should show that you completed the evaluation for this course. Turn in the printed page to your TA (either in lab or turn in to your TAs mailbox).
