The <BODY> tag has several attributes that can be used to change various parameters of the entire HTML document. This page shows the BGCOLOR and TEXT attributes which are used to change the background color and foreground text color (respectively) of the web page. As you have probably noticed, keep in mind that white text on a dark background with a smaller font is harder to read.
If you use light text on a dark background change the font so that it is easier to read!
