Project 2

Scenario

You have been hired by the Department of Computer Graphics technology to develop a portal site for the Interactive Multimedia Division.  The department wants the portal to meet the following needs:

• show prospective students/parents what they do,
• provide a centralize place where student project can be shown, submitted
• provide a way for members of the department to keep current within the events occurring
• provide a place where students can share software techniques

The features of the site are up to you as long as it meets the stated needs, but at a minimum it must:

• have an events section
• fit into the graphical design already established by the department
• allow personnel without knowledge of HTML to enter stories, events, etc
• have a section on software tips and techniques.

Working Conditions

You may work alone or in teams.  If you decided to work in teams it is imperative that you provide a document stating exactly what each person is responsible for.  While you may work on you own servers, you must set up the project to work on the SOTDEV server for grading.  Anything you turn in electronically, must have you last name in the filename Example Morales_Project1_Storyboards.PDF
