In 2006, Subaru Announced that they would be renaming the 2.5rs N/A Impreza as the 2.5i. The 2.5i has a stock 2.5L Flat-4 with roughly 173hp and equivilant torque. The 2.5i shares many parts with its bigger brothers, the WRX and WRX STi Impreza models.
